              WHEREAS, the Town Board has been informed by the Town Highway Superintendent that emergency road repairs are needed on Lincoln Avenue, Eau Claire Street, and Broadway, in order to assure continued safety and accessibility by emergency and Fire Department vehicles; now therefore, be it


              RESOLVED, that the Highway Superintendent, Stephen Lynch, is hereby authorized to make the necessary emergency repairs to render the streets safe and passable for emergency and fire department vehicles;
