RESOLVED,  Elliot Dunn be and is hereby appointed seasonal laborer in the Parks Department at an hourly salary of $14.755 to be paid bi-weekly from budget account A7110-51200 upon proper submission of time records effective retroactive to June 12, 2017.

Accept Donation of Two Mutt Mitt Dispensers  - Gift of Lucia Ibrahim

 

              WHEREAS, Lucia Ibrahim, a Girl Scout Cadette working on her silver project, would like to donate two Mutt Mitt dispensers as a gift to the Town of East Hampton, to be placed in the hamlet of Montauk; now, therefore be it

 

              RESOLVED, the Town Board hereby gratefully accepts the donation by Lucia Ibrahim to the Town of East Hampton; and, be it further

 

              RESOLVED, the Town Clerk is hereby requested to forward a copy of this resolution to  Tony Littman, Supervisor of Parks/Building Maintenance.

Modification Resolution 2017-406

 

Whereas, Resolution 2017-406 did allocate money from the Community Housing Opportunity Fund for the purposes of the Manor House project and

 

Whereas, from time to time other expenses properly attributable to the fund do come up now therefore be it

 

Resolved that  Resolution 2017-406 is hereby amended to include the language: (to be inserted right before the last "whereas clause" )

 

"Whereas, from time to time other expenses properly attributable to the fund do come up and the Board is desrious of allowing these expenses to be charged to the Fund"

 

And be it furhter Resolved, that Resolution 2017-406 remains unchanged in all other respects and remains in full force and effect.

Appoint Allison Hren Public Safety Dispatcher I to the East Hampton Town Police Department

 

WHEREAS, Suffolk County Civil Service Certification of Eligibles Resident list  (#17SR087) was canvassed and Allison Hren is reachable on that list and now therefore be it

 

RESOLVED that Allison Hren be and is hereby appointed Public Safety Dispatcher I to the East Hampton Town Police Department at an annual salary of $49,370.39 for a 40 hour work week to be paid bi-weekly from Budget Account B3120-51100 upon properly submitted time records; said appointments to be effective retroactive to June 11, 2017.
