RESOLVED, the Town Board hereby gratefully accepts the donation by Lucia Ibrahim to the Town of East Hampton; and, be it further
RESOLVED, the Town Clerk is hereby requested to forward a copy of this resolution to Tony Littman, Supervisor of Parks/Building Maintenance.

Resolved that Resolution 2017-406 is hereby amended to include the language: (to be inserted right before the last "whereas clause" )
"Whereas, from time to time other expenses properly attributable to the fund do come up and the Board is desrious of allowing these expenses to be charged to the Fund"
And be it furhter Resolved, that Resolution 2017-406 remains unchanged in all other respects and remains in full force and effect.

RESOLVED that Allison Hren be and is hereby appointed Public Safety Dispatcher I to the East Hampton Town Police Department at an annual salary of $49,370.39 for a 40 hour work week to be paid bi-weekly from Budget Account B3120-51100 upon properly submitted time records; said appointments to be effective retroactive to June 11, 2017.
